    lol its not actually 201 seconds down?

    I thought 201 meant 2 seconds down, 0 second pause, 1 second up.

    You couldn't hold a squat postition for 3 and a half minutes whilst bearing a load!?!?!?!?

    i could of swore i read 201 down,0 pause,1 up? i may be wrong
