    You could argue that all olympic stuff is DE, considering it's all explosive... :P

    DE days: 8 -12 sets performing doubles in quick succession


    I thought this would be a bit better just a suggestion, I may be way off thou

    Trying to mix Olympic and powerlifting is a hard ask
    Only just gone back over this thread and looked at this properly.

    John H - I really like this split - Thanks - 5 exercises on DE days and 4 on ME days feels right and is where I needed to get to - I just hadn't put in the thought process to get there properly.

    For a few weeks I'll change it slightly though:

    1 - I'll probably do more shoulder press type work for the next few weeks rather than jerks becasue of my shoulder needing a break from the 'rough' stuff

    2 - I'll probably keep doing box squats to get used to the depth - Plus I relly like them as they're doing my legs the world of good - Getting some good muscle growth around the lower quads which is what I need.
