agreed
but i am competing in the Brits in the summer and i hope to :
bench -160 equipped
deadlift-260-280 equipped
squat-220-240 equipped
by then hopefully still in 75s......
I reckon I'll still be skinny at that!
You have alot of weight to gain mate - one of my training partners is 5ft 5", 112kg, with 300/200/310 as his raw PL total (well, nearly raw - knee wraps on the squat). He isn't fat, but looks like a cannon ball!![]()

Don't limit your weight gain mate. 77kg at 5ft 8 is on the light side. As far as I am aware, you haven't been training that long (very impressive strength for your age btw) and the last thing you want to do is limit yourself on bodyweight. When I started training I was also 77kg (just over 4 years ago), and my first weight limit was 90kg!I got to that, was still obviously rake like, so went to 100kg. Again, still a lanky git, so 115kg......and so on. 154kg will be very cool, as it will mean I will have doubled my adult bodyweight!

i know what you mean....i am not sure wether to gain weight or wether to stop at my current....the 82.5s group have 87-90kgs in who have leaned up and dehydrated....meaning they are alot stronger...
i probably will gain weight tbh...it seems the best idea to raise my lifts quickly thanks for that i will try to rep!
tryed- cant soz
