    Strong lifts Curt. When using straps, there isn't any need to mix grip. Anything you can pull with your back you can hold DO with straps. Better to do it without straps though

    Nice lifting curt.

    I personally do my lockout work just below the knee, as that is where the real grind is in most people, so overloading there has alot of carryover to the full lift.
