  1. Default Components of Physical and skill-related fitness. need help

    I created a thread a while ago about this but didnt get any help.

    I have searched and searched but havnt found any thing that could help.

    I need 6 components and physical and skill related fitness for a powerlifter, at the moment i have 5 physical fitness components;Now i need one more but can't think of whgat it could be.

    And i have no idea what 6 skill-related components of fitness could be.

    Can some on help please.

    lol i have, he might be a powerlifter but he is a useless powerlifter..

    body type, body dimensions...

    short calfs, long thighs, long arms, short upper body: can all help -from a 'mechanical' deadlifting point of view.

    would that be a component of physical fitness? i would of thought that would be more structure/biomechanical oriented.

    I dont think metabolic rate's and genetics are a component of physical fitness but i might be wrong, and muscle fibre types are linked in with strength/power.

    If it isnt the answer you're looking for ignore it

    Technique hasnt been mentioned yet, which comes under 'skill related fitness' I believe
