And i have no idea what 6 skill-related components of fitness could be.
Can some on help please.
Cheers
lol i have, he might be a powerlifter but he is a useless powerlifter..
body type, body dimensions...
short calfs, long thighs, long arms, short upper body: can all help -from a 'mechanical' deadlifting point of view.
weight?
muscle, fast twitch slow twitch ratio
basal metabolic rate
resting metabolic rate
genetics
concentration/focus
i got a feeling your gonna be a kick ass personal trainer
would that be a component of physical fitness? i would of thought that would be more structure/biomechanical oriented.
I dont think metabolic rate's and genetics are a component of physical fitness but i might be wrong, and muscle fibre types are linked in with strength/power.Quote
