Yeah, myself and alot of powerlifters on this board use it including james copping. Im sure it will give you good results, especially if your current routine is leaving you tired.
I currently train 5-6 times a week doing primarily 1 bodypart a day.My current routine has left me tired and im not really making any gains. So im thinking of changing to a four day, upper and lower body split. It will be something along the lines of; Monday-upperbody(ME),wednesday-lowerbody(ME),Friday-upperbody(DE) and Saturday-lowerbody(DE).Lowerbody days will include abs.Does anyone have any success with a similar routine? Any feedback advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Personally id say you were overtraining. Id cut your routine down even further.
I dunno about cutting it down more, been training for 10+ years now and i feel i need a quite a high volume of sets. First time ive really suffered the fatigue and felt i wasnt making any gains . Perhaps age is catching up with me!![]()
