I currently train 5-6 times a week doing primarily 1 bodypart a day.My current routine has left me tired and im not really making any gains. So im thinking of changing to a four day, upper and lower body split. It will be something along the lines of; Monday-upperbody(ME),wednesday-lowerbody(ME),Friday-upperbody(DE) and Saturday-lowerbody(DE).Lowerbody days will include abs.Does anyone have any success with a similar routine? Any feedback advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Yeah, myself and alot of powerlifters on this board use it including james copping. Im sure it will give you good results, especially if your current routine is leaving you tired.

    It's the best one!

Personally id say you were overtraining. Id cut your routine down even further.

I dunno about cutting it down more, been training for 10+ years now and i feel i need a quite a high volume of sets. First time ive really suffered the fatigue and felt i wasnt making any gains . Perhaps age is catching up with me!
