    1/4 jerks are good for explosiveness too - Not good on the collar bones though - I do them from time to time - As here:

    Probably. I've done them before with DB's jumping up and down a step. I'd imagine having the bar lower down the traps would make it safer.

    You need to hold the bar firmly across your rear delts and dont let it 'jump' off your back when you jump.
