I train for strength and one day would like to do stongman. There's way more powerlifters on this board than strongman and I want to know why you decided powerlifting over strongman?

yeah i wouldnt even know where to start with strongman.. not like your average Fitness First has the gear you need.

    PB's :Bench 120kg x 2 (110kg x 5), Squat 200kg x 2 (170kg x 5), Deadlift 240kg x 1 (180kg x5)

so it's because of lack of facillites? Would you still powerlift if you had the option to do strongman instead?
