highly rate powerballs. gotta get back into spinning mine. mainly used mine for grip work, but also good for rehabbing as indiscreet said.

I'd also recommend anyone suffering RSI/wrist or hand pain to invest in a Powerball and use it regularly. It's helped me (most of my pain is from computer use).

Definitely can recommend the Powerball, really good for grip strength, circulation and a really good forearm pump. I dont do the speed stuff, I tend to keep it to around 6000 - 8000 rpm max and go for as long as I can.

Just a tip, unless you want to see your w*** face dont do it in front of a mirror...or with anyone else around

The hand action's a bit dodgy as well. Don't do it under your desk at work - you might get fired.

Powerball rocks Deadlift grip strength has gone up loads since I got mine.

Clicking joints are fine, but if there's ANY pain you need to address this before you continue lifting. It might be that you need wrist wraps, supplements, additional weak point training or more rest..... but doing nothing is not the approach if you want to be lifting long-term

It was funny to watch them coz their all so weak! To see the shock on their faces when I was doing the grippers was a great boost, they coundnt even move the weak ones!!!!

Was looking at glucosamine supplements yesterday and im totally baffled by the choice, some arnt vegetarian and some have msm in, which ive never heard of. The woman in the shop offered me rose hip I think it was?
