I want to get into weight training again but I am in recruit training still. Week 20 of 32 so by July I am hoping ill be able to get back to supplements and train proper.

I am getting a set of dumbells over easter.

What exercises can I do while I am in training to help tricep, bicep, traps and lats?

I have access to a pull up bar for my lats and biceps but want to get into weight training again.

I agree with Gareth is the RMC training not enough for you? I would have thought that they beast you enough that you wouldn't want to do anymore! Good for you though thinking about after your basic is finished!

What do you want to specialise in? I know a few Marines who have gone down the Mechanic route.
