Yeah my stance has opened out more over the last year or so - it may also be the reason my hips a mess though!

Squats look ok mate. Depth is ok. Could be lower but still I'd be happy with them if it were me.

You could go another 6inch or so wider on the stance and sit back a little more. This may help you get deeper and also avoid leaning forward too much.

    Keep adjusting until it's perfect

    Thanks Martin

Yeah pretty much what I expected to hear. I'm going to try and perfect my technique a bit. I'll be working on it.

Is the bar as low as it could be on your back? Having it to high contributes to the forward lean.

Its not as low as it could be no but when I have it any lower it tends to end up wandering down my back if the weight its heavy.

To be honest, the form looks good. I would be pleased with that. I am very tall, so find that I have to have the bar lower, right over post deltoids. It helps having some chalk on the bar, but get the permission of whomever does your washing first, though!

    Looking better!

Although from your warm ups I thought they were worse

My only consideration would be to keep your lower back tighter. Your first warm up you allowed your hips to roll under a little at the bottom. Not good when there's more weight on the bar - fortunately this improved as your weight increased but I'd still work on it more.

Maybe even bring your feet out another inch and see what happens.

Not much to add to what's already been said. Decent depth just be careful with the hips as it rounds your lower back but you're like me and seem to squat better with more weight on your shoulders.
