Ok so I have been doing stronglifts 5x5 for the last 7 weeks will be 8 at the end of next week!

In a few weeks actually rugby training will be starting again, which is tue thur eveining and some sats!

I'm worried that with all the running I will be doing it is going to be to much doing squats 3 times a week as well.

I have been looking around the internet for something to go ona nd came across this www.wpclubrugby.co.za/index_files/Junior.doc

It looks good to me, as it is higher rep range when all the hard core running will be going on and then moves into lower rep ranges as the running should decrease, although I will need to slightly change a few things.

    What do others think?

The routine seems a little stange IMO. I really don't think there is any need for three barbell bench press exercises on the first day.

    TBH I'd stick with stronglifts...

Yeah I have had a second look at it and its a lot of shoulders quads and chest with i bit of bi and calf work but not really any back of hammy work?

The thing is though if my legs are tired and I am doing the maximum I am doing on squats is that the same for strength as if I was fresh but still lift to my max but yet would be more, if you get me?

Have a look here at the westside for skinny b*stards routine: Articles

The article covers training for off season, in season and is generally very good for athletes.

I'd stick to strong lifts, and then add in fitness and Anarobic training as the season gets closer. Depending on your position you might want to specialise more (Forwards, Bill star or Ripptoe, backs, dynamic training, core work etc).
