There's a lot of people in the training journal section chasing a 200kg dead lift. The day I do it I'm posting a pic or video of it in this thread. Any one else who has a picture or video of them acheiveing this, post it in here!

2. Equipment allowed are a belt and chalk. If you can pull it without either of the two or both, then mega kudos.]
i'll let slw decide on the style or variation of lift allowed as it's his idea (conventional/ sumo)

I'd be aiming for it by november but I gotto use bar that can only hold upto 185 kgs (3x25kgs and 1 x15kgs each side plus 5kg ezbar) so 185 for 4 sounds liek my target instead. I hit 185 for a single last dec but not DL's since
PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.

I'll vote Pete H in but he has to do 220kg no straps.
He just made 200kg for 6 using straps in the strongman comp a few weeks back but failed 220kg miserably in the gym two weeks ago.
