PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.

Just saw this little challenge. I thought a zercher squat was the full movement, So deadlift -> onto quads then arms round, squat and return to deadlift.
Going to give them a go today. Ill see how it feels as my arms are pathetically weak XD.

Just got back. Tried them after the plyos and deads. Got 95kg at 79-80kg BW. On fresh legs hopefully will get 100kg + Really good movement though.

I tried these for the 2nd time today with the aim of working up to a max for this thread. I got 140kg at a little under 92kg BW. I have a video taken at a poor angle because it was propped on a bench.

Tried these the other day, currently 100k for 6 reps at 77k bodyweight, arms were the weak point, legs felt taxed, but plenty more to goGoing to be using there as back squat replacements for a while, also.

Will have to give this another go. I am quite good at fighting through the pain with the position of the bar. I got up to I think 230kg on the zercher walk; so will see how I fair this time round. Couldn't feel my arms for 2 days afterwards though.
