Right, thanks to some inspiration from a few Americans combined with SLW's deadlift topic I have come up with this:
1 Rep Max Zercher Challange!
For the exercise look:

Rules:
Belt allowed, as is chalk plus knee wraps or foam around bar if it hurts your arms!
Bar must be set on pins or in a lifting sling and MUST be lower than the bottom of your crotch.
Have a go, film it and post up your results and your bodyweight and we'll see who's got the best ratio.

I will try this either on friday during my deadlift session or next monday in my squat session. Will do it raw but might try it belted and wrapped up just for fun aswell. I'm not looking forward to it.

didn't get a vid today as muse legged it before i started zerchers.
did 110 in a zercher front squat. started from mid thigh.
bw is 78kg now.
will try zerchers again next week at dorians place and will get a vid. gonna be zercher squatting for a while till wrist recovers.
