I didn't think you were supposed to 'bounce' (for want of a better word) at the top of the lift as what goes up, must come down, and compress your vertebrae?

You must be pretty strong tho, me doing 100kg doesn't go anywhere near that fast - takes me more like 2 or 3 min but thats near my PB lift.

Looked good to me, except I see 2 problems:
    1) Celebrations/Roses on the shelves in the background...
    2) You should have turned your MP shaker so the logo was facing the camera. Free advertising for MP

To me the squats looked good - maybe you could go a bit lower, if you stood with your feet a bit wider apart

Link for deadlift check is missing.

cheers. didnt realised I bounced as such till you pointed it out. Might have something to do with the inertia from the speed I come up at eh Will bare it mind though, cheers.

Does it not strain your back a bit on the negative of the deads?

You keep your legs quite straight, I usually let the bar come down my legs a bit and bend my legs a bit more.

    Not bad at all though.

Edited that slightly cause I meant compared to mine

Now I'm still no expert but I though putting the weight down was supposed to be the opposite of picking it up or just drop it, you seem to be bending your back a fair bit on the down stroke?

Interested to see others thoughts on the down stroke.
