Dont do it biweekly! U'll "forget" the technique and open up injury risk.

Either do it every week or have blocks of training where u concentrate on squats SLDL goodmornings heavily for 8 weeks or so then come back to doing it weekly.

its wierd, people say 'oh the deadlift technique is such a hard thing to master'...etc and i found i learnt it quickly, never really had any problems with it, and tbh couldnt see myself 'fogetting' the technique... but then again im probably all ova the place
i definitly read that doing it bi-weekly is better for some purposes because the muscles/cns involved in deadlifting takes a long time to recover, on here and somewhere else also.

Yes, i have read that a number of high-level powerlifters deadlift bi-weekly, or do what meat said and train it within a specific block of their periodisation plan. When you start deadlifting very heavy, it does take a long time to fully recover.

I think you have to be moving a hell of a lot of weight, and have been training the deadlift for a long time, before you consider strategies like this. Also, it depends upon your goals - if you are a powerlifter who needs to perofrm the heaviest DL he can, then it may be worth using strategies like this to get a few extra kg moving, but for an average joe who just uses them in his training routine, it probably isnt.
