Put some videos in my log (Squat,dead etc.)
SpiderDan gets stronger
Was hoping someone could give me some advice on form.
The fat bar clean and press is a little more power reverse curl and press but you'll get the idea

Targets: Bench 125kg, Squat 175kg, Deadlift 225kg Total: 525kg + OHP 100kg, Push 125kg
Current: Bench 110kg, Squat 120kg, Deadlift 205kg Total: 435kg + OHP 70kg, Push 90kg
