It's been a while since I've posted on the forum.
Just a quick video of me and my training partner doing decline bench last night. I use declines as assistance for my flat bench. Before this vid my flat bench went as follows:
60kg x10
100kg x3
120kg x3
140kg x3
115kg x10
My training partner uses decline as his main chest exercise. He'd probably get arrested by the form police for crimes against full range of motion, but he does his thing and I do mine. We don't bother get into debates on form etc.
Age: 31 - Height: 6'3" - Weight: 18st 9lb / 118kg
Squat: 227.5kg/Bench: 170kg/Deadlift: 262.5kg/OHP: 115kg

Yeah he wraps his elbows up rather than using supportive sleeves. I 've never really asked, but I'm guessing they must be knee wraps.
