Anyone got experience of training around a shoulder injury? Did something to my left shoulder yesterday. I have had a few problems with it but yesterday it was bad enough to stop me training and still hurts in certain positions today.

So, no problem doing lower body lifts but am I better to just stop any upper body stuff for a week r two?

Find out what hurts and what doesn't. You may have to drop pressing movements but be able to do lat raises for instance.
I had to do this (for a triceps problem instead) and switched to lat. raises, flyes and reverse flyes, and came bac stronger on most pressing exercises than before!
