Been on 531 for a while, and had some great results. Just found out there's a 531 for powerlifting, the second book by Jim, which looks at peaking for competitions etc.
Has anyone read this version and care to give it a little review before I invest?

Anything by Jim Wendler is probably worth investing in. I got the original 5-3-1 but im waiting to buy the second edition which should be out in the next couple of weeks.
