Hey! I followed stronglifts for about 3 weeks, I did each set with correct form and heavy weight for me (though not till failure) and i leave the gym as if I haven't done anything, it seems like it isn't working, i don't feel different or look different as of yet, all though i am increasing a bit each time. Is there anything i can do to make the workouts more intense? and workouts that are good to burn fat to attempt to get a six pack? :3

Workouts don't give you a six pack, diet does. And after 3 weeks, if you're eating enough, you might just have put on almost a pound of muscle all over your body. When you consider you need to put on about 10 lbs of muscle to add an inch onto your bicep, you might realise that building muscle takes quite a while. Give it 6 months and tell us how you're getting on.

3 weeks! Patience young padawan and take the time to ensure your technique is spot on with the lighter weights. I'm about 4 months into the programme and the workouts are absolute killers.

Stronglifts isnt designed to be for 'getting a six-pack'. Its meant to build Strength which is why its not too taxing, your not trying to destroy the muscles, but stimulate them. Having said that, with proper form stronglifts is pretty intense, maybe your resting too long between sets also.
    Aims (Current): Squat 195kg (122.5kg x6), Deadlift 245Kg (200kg x4), Sub 6:30 2k - Indoor Row (not done)
    5' 11'', 74Kg
