I've settled on a 4 day cycle of ABCx.

A = Incline DB press 4x 6-8reps
Flat DB press 4x 6-8 reps
Cable Tri-pull downs 4x 6-8 reps
Shoulder Press 4x 6-8 reps
Shoulder Raises 4x 6-8 reps
Optional Chest Fly 4x 6-8 reps

B = Lat Pull down infront of head 4x 6-8 reps
DB Rows 4x 6-8 reps
Lat Pull down behind head 4x6-8 reps
Cable back flies 4x6-8 reps
Straight arm wide grip cable pull downs 4x6-8 reps.

C= Leg extensions 4x6-8 reps
Leg curl 4x6-8 reps
Squat 5x5 reps
Leg press 5x5 reps
Calf raises 5x failure.

My question is that when I leave the gym, I don't feel tired despite all exercises are done with a weight where im very close to failure. I'm very conscious of over training, but im wondering if i'm doing enough sets. Im quite settled on the rep range, because i want as much type II a growth as possible with the least Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. For sprint swimming.

Any advice, given the exercises I do, as to any improvements I could make to it rep/set wise and is it okay to not feel fatigue after?

Note: I do not have access to a free barbell, only a smith machine, dumbbells and the usual machines you find in a commercial gym.
