been out the gym since friday (obviously due to crimbo etc) and today was a pretty full on session,

    Squats,OHP,Rows and weighted chins

now sitting at home my legs are twitching away like mad... ive never noticed this before?

sign of a decent hours lifting or not?

Don't worry just yet - my left eye likes to twitch after a mental squat session. Yes, it makes me look, well, mental.

I think this has come up on the forum before. Technically, it is known as fasciculation and is often a common symptom resulting from muscular over-exertion.
