  1. Default Home Dumbbell Workout?

    I know there are alot of articles on the web, but just wondered what your advice would be on dumbbell workouts at home.

    My aim is both fat loss (doing cardio a few times a week) and also increased muscle size and strength.

    I know its about the diet, cardio and generally watching what you eat, but I need a plan to use at home to supplement my current diet and supplementation routine.

    If you're new to lifting; i'd personally stick to compound moves. Sorry if I'm teaching anyone who already knows, but lifts that incorporate as many muscles as possible in one movement; Squats, deadlifts, bench press, bent over rows, overhead press, pull ups and press ups are a good bet. You'll start shifting that belly and seeing results - just don't ignore what you're putting in yourself [food that is]

    Thanks alot, think I may start basic with doing the pressups before bed, increasing the amount etc
