What is best for increasing power and strength on say flat press, incline press, military press??

I know everyone recommends using BB's for Bodybuilders but what about if the sole aim was to increase strength?

you will work more muscles with a DB, as you need your stabiliser muscles more, and your symmetry will improve (left as strong as right) but i cant see any real difference other than that

DB's for BBers, BB's for powerlifters.

probably dumbells, but there isnt much need for bi strength. Bodybuilders need not use barbells at all(apart from squatting and deading) as you get better muscle activation from dumbells, and a bigger ROM.
PLers train for the lift tho, so a majority of work is done with BB's

No, but I would advise DB bench over BB bench

    Nope, fly's are pretty useless.

Stick to a standard Flat Chest DB press
