    my training partner came back from holiday after 2 weeks so we immediatly had a comp and thanks for the heads up ill put more effort into my deads

    I hit a 314lbs x5 Bavarian Deadlift the other day, I was well chuffed with that. Puts my normal Dl around 360x5

    New Deadlift PR 385x3 on my 4th set . Next time I'm going for 407 on set #1.

    I'm moving this to the Strength forum also, as it is probably better placed there.

    Surely if, as should be the case when training then a PB will be set very often as we are all constantly attempting to increase weights and/or reps every workout
