Another PR from today. I've had this as a long term goal for quite a while.
I've been stuck just below 100kg on the log for a while so was nice to get over it today. It might actually be 107.5kg as the guys at the gym say the log is 60kg but I count it as 56kg.

Managed 200Kg trap bar deadlift (Thought it was a few weeks away) +20Kg in 5 days or something stupid and it was a lot easier than 180 was then, I could have done more. Beta alanine and creatine are awesome! Also managed 90Kg bench which I thought I couldn't do, but the damn spotter insisted on having his hands on the bar even though he says he didn't help. I will do it again and have strict instructions for him!

I've done a few recently so I'll put them all in one post in order of the date they were done. I've got my next strongman comp in September, so all my lifting is aimed at improving for that.
Great lifting for your bodyweight, definitely got more in the tank for your 1RM squat!
