Proud of an achievement in the gym? Lift a weight that you never thought you could? Lets hear it, we all like to get a pat on the back from others who actually know what the feeling is like. Whenever I tell my girlfriend she replies "uhm... well done...is that a lot".

Anyways, I'll start, today I pulled 286lbs bavarian deadlifting. Thats a gain of 11lbs in a week while cutting . I was seriously chuffed!

    Well done fella!
I broke my Deadlift PB last week. I had been stuck around the 145kg mark for ages and was considering getting some of those little gem micro discs that Stuart McRobert mentions in his Brawn series. I thought if I chuck 0.5kg on each side every week for 5 weeks id get to 150kg. Anyway I only have access to 1.25kg discs so I chucked one on each end and went for it…no bother, so the week after I did the same! Bizzare! Im cutting too!

Not a PR in a weight but I'm well chuffed with the following result.

Today I went and had my body composition test redone (after complaining) and good results.

    Comparison below

    January 4 2005

    Height 180cm

    Fat Weight 16.7kg

    LBM 61.3kg
    Total Weight 78.0kg

    June 15 2005

    Height 180cm

    Fat Weight 14.6kg

    LBM 66.7kg

    Total Weight 81.3kg

Thats a reduction of just under 3.5% bodyfat since I started back in January with a gain in LBM.

I have to say I'm very pleased as I'm also bulking at the moment.
