Thanks LH! I might add a little bit more liquid and/or apple to start off with then, and make sure I don't over cook them!
Mmmmm....this will make my diet so much more interesting!!!!
You could be right actually LH! You are the kitchen queen! All Hail Queen LH!Will give it a go, why the devil not...
Serious question though...how chewy are they? I am seriously struggling with the metal work in my mouth at the moment and don't want to make them and not be able to eat them!![]()

Try the recipe first time round and then tweak it he you decide to make it again. As Lh said, they are chewy-ish. The fruit in there shouldn't rose a problem as they will soften during cooking. Simmer it for a little bit longer on a lower heat will soften the oats and fruit up.

Thanks Dope. Think I will go for making it more on the mushy side first time round... I struggle to eat even mince at the moment! I don't mind eating gloopy stuff anyway so am sure it will be fine...as long as it tastes good I don't care!
(Can you hear my tummy?!!!)
