try cooking it at a lower temperature for a tad bit longer. cant give you a approx time as all ovens are slightly different.
if that doesnt work, reduce the whey a smidge.
yup, should be gloopy when it goes in

would this work just 200g of oats, 150g of choc mint whey, no raisins apples or apple juice? if so do i use water or milk?
try it out. i use fruit as it adds a bit of texture and moistness. past experience with milk and water came out like bricks.

I'm gonna give this again with the chocolate smooth milk protein I've just recieved, aswell as some nutella, and maybe peanut butter... so
Oats
Milk Protein
Nutella
Peanut Butter
Maybe honey to bind it together? or a small bit of milk...
What'd you guys recommend?
I'm really not keen on apples, so I'm not puttin apple juice in the mix
I have used honey in the past and they turned out great. I also have extra nuts and no nutella.
made some last night with choc orange true whey, they taste like a jaffa cake flavoured sponge
i think i need to use chunkier oats, and a more plain whey, need a baking tray too, cooked em in a ceramic dish as it was all i had, at 30mins they were still gooey so i left em longer, 45mins in total
that was gas mark 3 btw
