iv seen a few recipes about for thesebut i seem to have found the best deal. low fat, low carb, high in protein (i dont know the exact macros sorry!)

it follows a basic delia smith recipe but flour free:

    110g Vanilla Whey Protein powder
    1 Whole Egg
    1 Egg White
200ml skimmed milk mixed with 75ml water
    Extra V. Olive Oil

Sift the protein powder into a large mixing bowl with a sieve held high above the bowl so the flour gets a airing. Now make a well in the centre of the flour and break the eggs into it. Then begin whisking the eggs - any sort of whisk or even a fork will do - incorporating any bits of flour from around the edge of the bowl as you do so.

Next gradually add small quantities of the milk and water mixture, still whisking (don't worry about any lumps as they will eventually disappear as you whisk). When all the liquid has been added, keep whisking until the batter is smooth, with the consistency of thin cream.

Next, heat a little Olive oil in a pan (if you use non stick it should be ok to do without but a little doesnt do a lot of harm!) on a medium heat. then pour in the mix as much or as little as you like and make as you would a normal pancake!

iv tried these, they are a little bland (sorry) but its good to nibble on when your dieting!

Nice work fella, however I think I can beat that! You'll need

    75g Oats
    50g Vanilla flavoured whey
    1 diced apple
    Cinnamon (to taste)
    1 whole egg
    2 egg whites

Blitz up the oats till they're nice and fine then add the chopped apple the egg whites and whole egg blitz it up again. Add the whey and plenty of cinnamon to taste, blitz it again and you should be left with a nice batter like consistancy.

Use olive oil spray in a pan and you should be able to make 2 to 3 awesome tasting pancakes.

Thats around 450 - 480 kcal (for all 2-3 pancakes as a total) with a starchy carb, a fibrous carb and a quality protein.

    Can't go wrong!
