    i have porridge with skimmed milk every day and a scoop of whey in it. i use jumbo oats put them in the pan with the milk the night before leave to soak add choice flavour of whey in the morning and cook. one super duper breakfast for me i love it

    Am I wrong for just blitzing the uncooked and uncooked oats in a mixer with the protein and some milk and then drinking ?

    your not wrong moose, this is what i do every mornin before i go to work mate 100g oats 60g protein, blitz with milk and out the door.:
