I think brown rice protein might work well here mate, it's got a nutty taste, make it into a granary type bread and it should be pretty nice!
The only thing i ever make with whey are flapjacks and pancakes, when i'm on the bulk of course![]()
Hi guys,
Long time (ish) customer and frequent lurker but this is me first post.
For me it's all about finding more interesting ways to eat our whey (boom boom) so I'm always making my own protein bars and pancakes etc, I'll post the pancake recipie soon - bloody incerdible i tell thee.
I recently came to own a bread maker and I've been experimenting with making some protein enriched breads with moderate sucess.
So what I want to know is what do you think would be the best protein to make bread with?
Whey, brown rice or pea protein? I've currently used vanilla flavoured whey - the vanilla flavour is more or less anonymous but not quite right nonetheless, if anyone has any of their own recommendations it'd be good to hear.
Cheers
