These taste awesome, if you want to lower the carb content then reduce the oat flour and increase the amount of protein scoops you use.

    Recipe:
A traditional crepe recipe has little nutritional value. These protein crepes are free of wheat, sugar and made with added protein.

    Time:*10 mins
    Yield:*8 portions

    Ingredients:
    2 scoops whey protein
    4 scoops oat flour **
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 eggs
    250ml water
    coconut oil for frying

** Either use pre-bought oat flour or just blitz some raw porridge oats in a blender until they resemble flour.

    Method:
    1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and beat well to combine.

    2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the crępe mixture onto the pan, using approximately 60ml (or however much you like) for each crępe. Tilt the pan in a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

*3. Cook the crępe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a flexible spatula or fish-slice, flip over and cook the other side. Serve hot with your filling of choice.

    Nutrition Data:
    kcal:*151g
    protein:*9g
    carbs:*18g
    fat: 5g

*per serving (if you make 8 crępes)
