I'm not into keto mystelf, but for those that are this is a great resource with recipe's aimed at supporting a proper clinical standard ketogenic diet.

I have to say, some of them look really ingenious and tasty and you would never guess they were keto foods looking at them!

hailtotheking, what kind of diet/nutrition plan do you follow then? As from your photo you look really lean. That's the one thing that I have problems with, is my nutrition. I tried Paleo, but after cutting out the carb choices that they suggest, I crave them and are constantly hungry. I need some form of carbs in my diet, and have tried intermittent fasting. I know it's finding the right combination, I just haven't found it yet. Any info and suggestions would be appreciated

Of the course of a week my diet includes everything and anything i like, but i just dont eat the high calorie things i want every day all the time. I am aware of my approx calorie intake, and how much i expend (i.e how active i am), and adjust my diet accordingly. The backbone of my diet during the week is paleo (with emphasis on seafood and fruit, and de-emphasising nuts / seeds), with a small amount of raw dairy and some benign legumes (e.g. miso, green beans), weekends i eat whatever the hell i feel like eating.

I am much smaller now than i was in that photo, because i dropped weight training and am eating less. In that photo i was on Mauro Di Pasquale's Anabolic Diet and i was powerlifting. Funnily enough, in terms of performance the diet wasn't actually that great.
