2scoops whey
2eggs
1tablespoon cocoa
teaspoon vanilla essence
xx amount of desiccated coconut
chuck all into a pyrex bowl, whisk. (after melting the CO or Butter)
pour into a micro dish and nuke for 1-2mins - Cake!
