    not pancakey as you know it, think more like light airy foam if that makes sense :S

    2tablespoons Coconut Oil or Butter
    2scoops whey
    2eggs
    1tablespoon cocoa
    teaspoon vanilla essence
    xx amount of desiccated coconut

    chuck all into a pyrex bowl, whisk. (after melting the CO or Butter)

    pour into a micro dish and nuke for 1-2mins - Cake!

    Dude, what the hell...! If this works, it is pure genius. Definitely giving it a shot tomorrow
