I am obsessed with pancakes atm.

    This recipe uses -
    100g brown rice flour
    2 whole eggs
    60ml milk
    1/2 tsp baking soda
+ as much sweetener as you want (If your not using honey or syrup, then you'll need it for sure)

Just mix it together all at once and pour into a pan...job done. They are pretty carb heavy.

    Plain macros - 550cals / Fat 16g / Cho 77g / Pro 23g
    W/ Topping - 800cals / Fat 18g / Cho 90g / Pro 67g

    Plain

Or my current fave - smeared on top, 250 greek yoghurt w/a scoop of whey mixed in!

Those look great, will give those a try! I read somewhere online that i could make low carb pancakes by replacing the flour with whey protein powder... It was a disaster haha, ended up looking like scrambled eggs! I should've known it wouldn't work but i don't do much cooking ha
