    My fruity breakfast blast shake...

    1 scoop unflavoured whey
    1 banana
    100g frozen mixed berries
    50g cottage cheese
    Water or milk as desired

It's so good, like a fruity frozen yoghurt. I use water to keep the cals down but it'd probably be even nicer with milk.

I always use unflavoured whey because I'm a cheapskate but vanilla, banana or berry flavours would probably work just as well if not even better.

I'm with you on this one.....I have these a couple of days a week, but I generally put half a tub of CC (so about 150g) and half a scoop of whey, and soya milk instead of water.....I can't drink dairy. They do taste ace, and you would know that CC is in there, although I don't mind the taste of it.

this is my breakfast, and it has been for ages, but I added something to it last week:

    milk
    1 RIPE banana
    6-8 ripe strawberries
    1 scoop banana protein
50 gram precooked oats! ( just boil some milk, put the oats in, stir for a few minutes, put the pan somewhere to cool. I always make around 200 grams of oats with enough milk to make it soft. put it into a container, and when you make your shake just put the desired amount in it)

it fills me up WHEY ( see what i did there) longer its more filling, more energy and it tastes awesome
