They were laying about to be honest, so I ate them for the extra carbs... this is basically all my carbs and only 9g off of my fat intake for the WHOLE day, with just 44g of protein to go, also.

The table is an old pub bench and pew-style chairs we got from a pub many years ago, it is so chunky and bombproof!

I cannot wait to start eating like this next week. All that food in one sitting is making me moist. Going to struggle with the fasting but it will all be worth it when I get to chow down on some seriously massive portions of grub.

You will only struggle with the fasting at first, give it a couple of weeks and you won't tell the difference, apart from the huge PWO meals after

    Earlier tucked into 1800kcals -
    250g pasta
    250g sauce
    150g turkey steak
    1 muffin
    200g yoghurt
    60g jamaica cake

    in 30mins I have 800kcals -
    150g baguette
    100g turkey steak
    30g cheese
    1 ham slice
    25g whey protein
    10g omega liquid
    PBs - Dead-lift - 190kg x 1, Squat - 142.5kg x 3, Bench Press - 125kg x 1, OHP - 72.5kg x 5, Weighted Chins - 37.5kg + BW x 4
    2012 Goals - Dead-lift - 200kg x 4, Squat - 165kg x 5, Bench Press - 125kg x 4, OHP - 80kg x 5, Weighted Chins - 50kg + BW x 4

Just put away about 1800 cals watching hollyoaks!

    200g white rice
    120g chicken
420g kidney beans in chilli sauce
    500g sweet potato cajun wedges
    25g whey
    and a few blueberries

"Squatting on a Bosu ball makes it so much more challenging!" So does getting tapped in the balls while squatting, want me to do that too?

    @ Zeigler
Your sweet potato wedges inspired me to give them a go. Wow.
Usually 300grams is a bit tedious to plough through.
The wedges saw 450g dissapear in seconds! Definitely a winner and the GF liked them too!

Not as epic as some folks and it wasn't post workout - it was just for the hell of it and an awesome way to break my fast but I ate 2100 cals in my first meal yesterday:

    3 gluten free sausages
    4 rashers extra thick bacon
    2 extra large fried eggs
    150g fried button mushrooms
    3 grilled tomatoes
    3 hash browns
    half can baked beans

Definite food baby by the end of it!

    150?!

    You animal!

My favourite post workout meal is as follows:

10 egg omelette with equal half shells of double cream. Cover one half in marmite; then grate lots of cheese over it. Fold it over and serve with bacon and green tea.

ATG squat: 200kg 10+ reps Deadlift: 200kg 10+ reps Log press: 100kg 10+ reps -> Win Britains' strongest junior.
