    I know there are a lot of us that do IF or BIG post workout meals and I love seeing what people are eating and how they cook. May also be a good way to steal brilliant meal ideas from people!

    So, thought I'd make a thread so people can post photos of their PWO meals!

    Its friday so I'm guessing a lot of people are training tonight....so I expect some good photos - I'll be posting mine up later too

    "Squatting on a Bosu ball makes it so much more challenging!" So does getting tapped in the balls while squatting, want me to do that too?

    Just finished mine, 200g pasta, 200g sauce, 150g chicken, 60g spinach, bowl of cornflakes and 200g grapes, plus a shake and omega's......will post up tomorrow's!

    Man, should have taken a photo yesterday. Thai Massaman curry made up with 500g Turkey breast, 500g white potato, 400ml full fat coconut milk, Onion, Pepper, Bamboo shoots. Worked out around 1800kcals 140g ish protein.

    Near enough 1800 cals - Chilli Con Carne + chocolate/sweet potato/banana 'whipped' pudding

    I think it racks up 300g+ carbs too. Wooo.
