    Made this bad boy tonight to break my fast sweet as!!

    1kg mince
    300g cheese (half topping half in meat base)
    10 tomatoes (half for homemade sauce)
    5mushrooms
    3 sticks celery
    1 egg to bind meat
    Various herbs & spices

    Calories : lots
    Carbs : minimal
    Fat: fairly lots!!
    Protein: enough!

    Then I disgusted the mrs by eating the lot out the baking tray.... Cos it wouldnt fit on any plate lol can't move now! Good times!

    Aye but mine has no traditional ingredients like oats/ breadcrumbs or tomato sauce (unless homemade)
