It's green like the incredible hulk and it's not as bad as you'd expect it has made me feel amazing and boosts testosterone/ reduces DHT, estrogen conversion heavily, i expect it it rather good for you too.

You need a juicer or a blender then strainer to make it.

Blend together the following washed ingredients.

    -25g ginger.
-Bowl full of fresh stinging nettle tops
    -5 or 6 large carrots
    -1 clove of garlic
    -Couple of tomatoes
-I didn't have any cabbage but i will in the future.

It must be drunk straight away to conserve nutrition, it tastes sort of like V8 vegetable juice, slightly stronger with the garlic and all!

Chuck a bit of MP panax ginseng powder for added effect.

In the interests of minimalism (and learning something), which ingredients, if any, could you leave out and still get the t-boosting effects?

Good question, and tbh even if test levels are increased it wouldn't be an amount to be getting excited about.

unlike directly injecting testosterone, it would be pretty tough to mess around with the bodies hormonal levels naturally, i would imagine.

Term has not replied to my question. I must say personally I am very cynical that this will boost test production. I can't help thinking its a load of rubbish I am afraid.

Well i can't prove it boosts testosterone as i can't test my hormone levels but there are 3 ingredients in it that have been proven/studied by other people to boost testosterone.
    Garlic, ginger and nettles.

Saying it boosts test is like making a drink with 500g of sugar and calling it a "diabetes special" really.

Anyway it is a very healthy drink to make.
