Hey guys,
Ever on the lookout for ways to get those calories onboard quickly, while on the go throughout the day... do any of you have any recipes for meal replacement bars? The sort of thing that can easily be stashed away until I get the chance to eat it.
I guess I'm looking for maximum nutrition and calories for bulking using protein powder, oats, honey etc etc... the usual suspects. Either way, I want something that can take the place of a meal until I get the chance to eat 'properly'.
