    As James said, food!

Food should be your weight gainer, try oats in a shake for some easy carbs
Use code MP22571 for 5% off your first order!

Not a very good diet, i don't eat any specific foods really, just anything high in carbs. With the amount i eat i should be obese lol. But no matter what i eat i don't put on any weight.

Theres your problem then mate, you simply need to stick to a structured diet and eat more. When you write down all you eat it may not be that much. I have to eat 4500cal a day to gain weight.

I would put any money on you not eating all that much, even though you think you eat a lot. As James said, 4500 calories is what he needs to grow and you might need that. I bet you're not even over 3000.
