Amounts per scoop is listed on the product pages of the main site.

I believe most people take two scoops of whey and 50-100g of their carb of choice. I'm guessing 50-100g of dextrose would be mighty sweet though and possibly could cause a bit of a bloat, haven't really used it myself. Personally I use malto/oats depending on what I'm doing later that day (if I got some other workout later in the day I'll use malto and/or a combination).

Hmm so im taking around 60g whey with 2 scoops and around the same 60g with the dextrose. Yes it is. Ive been sick a few times you see Ive posted it on here, Im normally fine if i just chill out 4 a bit afterwards and dont go jumping around. I actually like that shake tho and can drink it very fast as opposed to the oats and whey one ive stopped dirnking. That took me about 30mins to take and was nasty! Im looking at the oats on the site, is it actually a powder then and not oats?

Yes it is a powder - it's a bit gritty, but it mixes well and it tastes great if you ask me. Also consider maltodextrin, it's all but tasteless and mixes very well. A combination of malto/dextrose could work...

hmm cheers mate, its just that iv got a fair bit of dextrose...A few posts have slagged it off but im sure i was recomended it when i first came on the site...A few people just use oats but Ill have to see if these scottish ones are decent... I also wanted a faster digesting one PW.

I seemed to conclude that Dextrose was better than Maltodextrin when i researched it.... is that not heavy on the stomach then? Not as sweet?

If you want a super-fast carb for post w/o, try the WMS (waxy maize starch) on the carbs page of the store... it clogs a little when you blend but not too badly, the taste is quite neutral and get's absorbed very quickly indeed.

In my opinion, much better than dextrose for post w/o , although not the best choice if looking for a 'bulking' carb to add to shakes at other times.... I'd suggest maltodextrin or UFSO's for that.
