    Hi all... this is quite serious, please help!

    I have been training for 5-6 times a week for 3mnths now, and have been having whey + oats, and eggwhite + oats on days i train.

    The eggwhite i would have before bed (1 scoop + 1 scoop of oats). I stopped training for a week (small break), and started up again this week.

    I have had the eggwhite 3x times since monday, and everytime within 2-3 hours after its made me vomit and have chronic diarrhea! (very painful!!)

    The label on the tub states it doesnt expire until next year, but does taste a bit more funny then before. The tub is properly sealed and stored in a cool dry place...

    Any ideas?

    What else are you having with the egg white powder?

    It seems that either the powder has been contaminated or your body is just not accepting the egg white.

    I recommend taking a break from egg white get your bowels to normal and then try again. If starts up again you then know for sure its the egg white.

    Alternatively, try eating eggs only (although not a close substitute for egg white powder) to find out if your body is reacting to eggs.

    Or you can order a small batch and see what happens.

    I recommend giving it a rest for a few days and trying again.

    im having flavoured scottish oats with the eggwhite, but i know the problem isnt there as i also have the oats with the whey and its fine. And i dont think it would be my body not accepting the egg white. because for a quite a few weeks i was fiine having it before bed. I might just order a new batch.

    Hi all... Just to let you know i did mamage to work out what it was.

    I was storing the Egg White container quite close to the radiator and it must of heated it up and made it go off. Silly Savvy eh? lol
