    5g x4 daily for a week...

Haven't taken creatine mono in pure form before so wasn't sure. Thanks for clearing that up.

    no problem

loading is not needed, if you take 5g every morning and 5g before your workouts you should be ok...personal preference though

Yes, the loading phase just means your muscles will fill with creatine quickly over a week, rather than gradually over a month or so. Doesn't make any difference over-all though

Just treat Creapure the same as mono, I personally only use 5g per day post workout and have found that effective but you have to find exactly what works for you
For 5% off your order use code MP19206 When ordering

Have you ever used it before?
A main argument cited for "you can take creatine anytime and still get results" appears to be a study by Hultman et al. Its results show similar increases in muscle creatine concentrations are achieved by a loading phase (20gms for 5-6 days) or a steady small intake of 3 gms for 28 days. Both approaches produced the same results, a ~20% increase in muscle creatine stores.

That’s fine if you are a beginner, you can do either and still get the same positive effect. However, what the author neglected to tell you about the was that the subjects’ chosen had never used creatine before. Therefore, if it is your first time, you can get on with either method.

I think if you have used it before, totally will change gene expression of creatine receptors. Good luck
