  1. Default The Dangers of Overdosing Caffeine

    me and my mate were training thismorning. we both had a B.A, taurine and caffeine pre wkt shake.

    if im honest, i was a little over-generous with the caffeine dose. 20 min later i felt like utter sh*t.....had to stop in a carpark and empty my guts before proceding for a crap workout.

    the moral of the story is that 1/16 of a teaspoon is the suggested dose for a reason folks.

    Hehe, nut case. Must admit I've only ever used tablets which are a tad easier to get right

    I do wonder what my body thinks of my pre workout supplementing at times but hey...

    Because of work I have to do my workouts in the early morning...6.30am I take [competitor product] but no food as i find the combination makes me sick. Any other suggestions appreciated. J

    same here, you could say at the open i was completly 'off my face'. and regarding caffiene, i had about 1.2 grams!!!!! i nearly died on the way back, my bags etc were being carried for me and i was just out of it lol.

    it was a horrible experience. id had scrambled egg, a bowl of porrage and a chocolate whey shake with milk for breakfast....thinking ill have plenty energy with all that food.....it just added to my mysery when i had to look at it

    at the open i did the same as fletch...next time just a double dose of pulse will do
