Hi All,
I am new to this site and was wondering if you could give some advice.
I have recently ordered: Guarana Extract and Egg Albumin Powder.
I want to acheive a shredded/ripped look and not particularly looking for great size. I am trying to achieve this through isometric excercise and a set of dumbells.
I make pure fruit smoothies in the morning for breakfast and stick to high protein and low carb diet which by my evening meal is more or less pure protein foods. I don't take any other supplements apart from the products i have ordered above.
I was wondering:
1. Can i mix the two products together?
2. Can i add them to my smoothies?
3. What is the best way to measure 1gram of Guarana Extract!!??
4. Anything i can add to my supplements to acheive my goal?
5. Any advice on the type of training to help acheive my goal?

I will have to grin and bear points 1 & 2.
Could i use the whole 2.5 grams in the morning or best take 1.5gram in the morning and the remainder before my workout?
Regarding point 4. I will look into these, can i also add them all to the same mixture?
Point 5. I play a fair amount of football competitively so that should give me my CV right?

u can add them into the mixture but it will make it taste even worst, aim for 2g tyrosine 1g alcar.
football will aid to your cv but if u wanna get serious you have to train serious i think
U have been a great help Tom, however i can not find the suggested ingredients (tyrosine and alcar) anywhere on the site. can you point me in the right direction?Quote
